Tell us birds are back
Call or text us, or send a photo. If you're seeing birds, nests, or droppings where we proofed, that's reason enough to bring us out.
We come walk the property
A real person schedules the return visit. We come out, look at how the birds got back in, and figure out what needs to change to keep them out.
We make it right
We re-seal the gap, repair or re-fit the exclusion, and clean up anything the birds left behind, all under our guarantee. You get your space back.
Honest about the edges, too.
A guarantee that covers everything covers nothing. A few things sit outside the bird-out guarantee, and we'd rather be clear up front.
Birds in areas we didn't proof
Our guarantee covers the areas we sealed. If birds move to a different part of the building we haven't proofed yet, we'll walk it, tell you what's there, and quote that work plainly first.
Damage from new building changes
A new roof gap, a remodel, storm damage, or panels added after our work can open up entry points we never sealed. We'll fix it and fold it into your plan, but it's new work, not a failed install.
Tampered or removed exclusion
If netting or clips are cut, pulled, or removed by someone else after we install, that falls outside the warranty. Let us handle any adjustments so the work, and your guarantee, stays intact.
